During business hours (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST), we typically reply within 2 hours via email and 15 minutes on WhatsApp. Outside business hours, expect a reply by the next business day. For urgent issues, WhatsApp is fastest.
Is the demo free? How long does it take?

Yes — fully free, no commitment. A typical demo runs 30 minutes. We don't show slides — instead, we set up Nexvork with a sample of your real workflow so you can see exactly how it would fit your team. You can ask questions throughout.
Can I visit your office in person?

Absolutely. Both our Pune and Nagpur offices welcome customer visits. Please email or WhatsApp us first to schedule a time so the right person from sales, product, or customer success is available for you.
Do you offer support in Hindi or Marathi?

Yes. Our entire customer-facing team is fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. We can also support buyer-facing AI conversations in 7 Indian languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, and English.
